Petra Iventz & Printz LLC ("Petra," "we," "us") collects information you provide when you inquire, book or work with us: your name, contact details, event date and location, guest count, design preferences, communications, contracts and payment status. We may also receive information from vendors you authorize us to coordinate with. Website hosting and form tools can collect IP address, browser and device information and basic usage logs. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update our cookie notice to identify the tools, their purposes and available controls before enabling them.

We use this information to respond to requests; prepare proposals; plan, design and deliver services; manage payments and vendor orders; maintain business records; and address questions or disputes. We send promotional email only where you have asked to receive it or as otherwise permitted by law, and provide a way to opt out. We do not sell client contact information.

We share only the information needed to perform your event with staff, contractors, venue contacts, approved rental suppliers, printers and other providers, and when required by law or to protect our rights. When you use an electronic payment link, the payment provider identified at checkout processes payment details under its own notice; please do not email us card numbers. We receive confirmation, amount and limited transaction details, not a full card number. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, review provider access, and keep records only as long as needed for service, accounting and legal purposes before securely disposing of them.

You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask about applicable privacy choices, by emailing info@petraiventzandprintz.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will acknowledge the request, verify identity when appropriate, and aim to respond within 45 calendar days, subject to applicable law. We may retain information necessary for contracts, accounting, security or legal claims and will explain any limitation. If applicable law provides a right to appeal or opt out of a particular use, we will explain how to exercise it. This service is intended for adults arranging events; we do not knowingly ask children to submit inquiries. We may update this notice and post the new effective date.
